About

Creativity for Mental Health!

Get creative with our range of activities for young people.

Kickstart's Youth Workshops are part of our Creative Mental Health Program. CMH supports the mental and social health of young Tasmanians through participation in creative workshops, outside of formal education. These workshops incorporate four teaching aims: compassion and empathy, concentration, self-understanding, and emotional regulation.

The Kickstart Arts Youth Program is supported by the Tasmanian Government, Creative Hobart and Creative Australia.
