Devi Tej is a trauma informed Kundalini yoga teacher and registered trauma counsellor who brings nearly 30 experience to her practice. Her work is rooted in the understanding that our body holds our stories more accurately than our minds. Her classes are designed to gently shift what is being held in the body through breath, movement, sound and presence.
