About

All SAFe trainings are 2-days instructor-led workshops. Attendance on both days is mandatory to qualify for the certification exam. There are 3 core courses on offer:

  1. Leading SAFe (SAFe Agilist) - this training is recommended for managers, leadership, enterprise architects, product/platform owners, product/platform managers and business stakeholders

  2. SAFe for Teams (SAFe Practitioner) - This training is recommended for all team members, Scrum Masters, Team leads and everyone who will be part of delivery process hands-on.

  3. SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager - This training is recommended for product/platform owners, product/platform managers, business analysts, functional analysts, and all those involved in the requirements management process, such as writing features and user stories.

PS. We need a minimum of 10 people to run the training session. This allows us to provide a more meaningful experience and facilitate group activities successfully.
