Established by artists in 1974, Footscray Community Arts is a pivotal arts precinct in Melbourne’s West. One that exists to support, develop and present contemporary arts in collaboration with communities they centre and prioritise: First Nations, culturally and linguistically diverse, LGBTIQA+, and d/Deaf & Disabled artists.
