Welcome to The Calm Space – Weekly In-Person Classes at Rise Temple Studio
Nestled in the serene landscape of Upper Burringbar, The Calm Space offers a weekly opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and gently tend to your inner world. These sessions are designed for those feeling the weight of modern life—overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or a longing for more clarity and ease.
Each class is held in the tranquil Rise Temple Studio and follows a nurturing flow:
🌿 Gentle sharing (with the option to simply listen)
🌿 Slow breathwork to calm the nervous system
🌿 Mindfulness meditation for clarity and emotional reset
🍵 Herbal tea to ground and integrate (with nature walks after morning sessions, weather permitting)
Classes are small and intimate (limited to 10), allowing for deep presence and personal support. Whether you’re new to breathwork or looking to deepen your mindfulness practice, these sessions offer a consistent space to realign and come home to yourself.
