Rocky Biasi has spent more than 20 years helping people have better conversations in the moments that matter most.
A former high school teacher and school counsellor, Rocky created the Accidental Counsellor program in 2008 after recognising a gap that no one was talking about — the thousands of people in schools, workplaces, and communities who find themselves in counselling-type conversations every day without any formal training to draw on.
Since then he has delivered the Accidental Counsellor to more than 20,000 people across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia — in schools, corporates, community organisations, and online.
Rocky holds qualifications in both education and counselling and is a Clinical Member of the Counsellors and Psychotherapists Association of NSW and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia. He has trained in EFT and SET under psychologist Steve Wells for over 20 years.
He is the founder of Human Connections, a Sydney-based training and wellbeing practice dedicated to one idea: that the quality of our conversations changes lives.
