Empowering Hospice Clinical Leaders: A 5-Part Webinar Series

This series of five webinars is designed to give Clinical Leaders the information and skills they need to do their jobs well. We recognize that Hospice Clinical Leaders have a very important role in ensuring the organizational mission is fulfilled and that the needs of patients, families, and staff are met. To be successful, they must develop a variety of leadership skills and understand many regulations. During the series, we will have dedicated time for clinical leaders to gain a broader understanding of and to ask questions about hospice regulations, reimbursement, and coverage of services requirements. Clinical Leaders will apply the concepts to patient scenarios and discuss options and outcomes. In addition, Clinical Leaders will be challenged to differentiate between clinical duties and their leadership role as well as opportunities to learn and hone group leadership skills.
