Advancing Israel- now more than ever!
Join us for unique two evening (3/12 in Melbourne, 4/12 in Sydney) as we commemorate 100 years of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, a global leader in scientific innovation and education. This momentous occasion will bring together esteemed speakers, cutting-edge research, and an exclusive art exhibition, all in support of the Wolfe Center for Translational Medicine and Engineering a Technion- Rambam initiative.
Guests and speakers:
- Professor Wayne Kaplan – Technion’s VP for external relations and resource development to talk about the cutting edge research taking place at the Technion today.
- Mr. David Weinberg from the Jerusalem Post. Mr. Weinberg is executive director and senior fellow at the Jerusalem-based Misgav Institute for National Security & Zionist Strategy, a leading defence think tank; a fellow at Habithonistim: Israel’s Defence and Security Forum; and Israel Office Director of CIJA, Canada’s Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs. Mr. Weinberg will speak at our main event about “Israel’s Resilience and Determination to Win”.
- Melbourne born artist Avi Vofsi
who was an Archibald Prize Finalist will exclusively exhibit his post October 7 artwork in our events.
This would be a night that will bring together all the unique attributes of Israel, the innovative minds, the strong spirits, and the touch of Neshama (soul).
