Sunrise Sisterhood was created with one simple mission... to bring women together and help build stronger, more connected communities.

Now it's your turn.

We're so excited to bring the Sunrise Sisterhood experience to your town and help create connection within your community.

This isn't just yoga.It isn't just a fitness class.

And it's definitely not your typical women's circle.

It's a beautiful morning of movement, meditation, music, dancing, laughter, connection and community, all while the sun rises around us.

Grab your bestie, your sister, your mum, your daughter, your work bestie, your neighbour... or come on your own. Some of the most beautiful friendships have started with one woman bravely arriving by herself.

Kick off your shoes.

Dance barefoot on the sand.
