The Shared Table is an intimate new dining series hosted by Tony Stewart at Fair Food, where rescued kai is transformed into memorable, meaningful dining experiences. Inspired by Massimo Bottura’s Refettorio model, this series brings together top New Zealand chefs, Fair Food volunteers, and surplus ingredients to create dinners that nourish both plate and people. There's only a few tables in the open kitchen, making it one of the most personal and impactful culinary events in the country.
