Sehat (meaning “health and wellbeing”) is a holistic, three-part event series designed to guide and empower sisters (South Asian girls and women) through key pillars of performance and health: Strength, Fuel, and Run. Across the series, participants will gain practical tools, expert knowledge, supportive community, and confidence to level up their fitness, nutrition, and endurance journey.
Why this series matters
We know many women, especially South Asian women, are navigating fitness, nutrition, mental load, and community all at once. This series blends evidence-based coaching with sisterhood, creating a judgment-free, culturally aware way to build physical resilience, sustainable habits, and joy in movement.
Community first: Every session will weave in reflection, sharing, Q&A, and a practical element. It’s about sisterhood as much as content.
Inclusive & accessible: Suitable for all levels, whether new to strength, curious about nutrition, or training for your first 5km or 10km run.
Expert-led with heart: Coaches and dietitians bring science + care.
Cultural context: Examples, tips, and language will reflect South Asian dietary patterns, constraints, and family dynamics.
Pathway mindset: Each session builds into the next, you don’t just attend three isolated workshops, you develop a coherent framework for sustainable health.
Join our Sehat Series, a three-step journey into strength, nutrition, and movement designed especially for brown girls who want to thrive on their own terms.
