Purposeful Pathways is a program designed to help women discover their purpose through employment, study, or volunteering. It offers one-to-one support and personal development opportunities, as well as cultivating hard and soft skills. The program strongly emphasises boosting self-esteem, recognising and nurturing existing skills, and developing new ones.

We understand that each woman's journey is unique, and we recognise the challenges many women in our community have faced. To address these challenges, Purposeful Pathways provides personalised steps to help overcome setbacks. And if you're ready to step directly into work, we can make that happen too.
