Welcome to Pride Pledge LIVE online training events. Pride Pledge is Aotearoa, New Zealand’s leading provider of training solutions to support organisations, workplaces and individuals in building understanding and awareness of our Rainbow Communities.

Since 2018 Pride Pledge has trained more than 12,000 people in our workshops up and down the country.

Pride Pledge offers the following core programmes online with our live facilitators. These are FREE* for our Pride Pledge subscribing organisations and their employees or a small charge for Non-Pride Pledge organisations to attend.

• Rainbow Awareness 101 Workshops (held every 3 - 4 weeks)
• Trans 101 Workshops (held every 6 - 8 weeks)
• Navigating The Rainbow Workshops  ((held approx. every quarter)

We also offer these in person for our clients or as dedicated live online workshops just for your organisation. Pride Pledge can also deliver custom workshops to cover topics like pronouns, gender affirmation at work, allyship and more as part of your broader training requirements on a case-by-case basis.
