Why We Do What We Do
Between us, we’ve lived through burnout, health challenges, disconnection, identity shifts, and long periods of questioning what really matters. What sustained us was learning how to come back into relationship with ourselves - through the body, through presence, through rhythm, and through nature.
The retreats and experiences we offer are an extension of that lived learning. They’re shaped by what has genuinely helped us recalibrate, restore energy, and find clarity again.
We do this work because we know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed or off track, and we also know the quiet power of coming back into alignment. Creating spaces where people can pause, remember themselves, and reconnect to what feels true and alive.
Lisa Crawford - Coach | Somatic Facilitator | Integrated Human Design & Gene Keys Guide
Lisa brings a deeply attuned, steady presence to personal and relational work. With over two decades of experience in somatic movement, energy practices, and conscious living, she supports people to reconnect with their bodies, their intuition, and their innate vitality.
Her own journey through burnout and the ongoing transition of peri-menopause reshaped her relationship with practice. What once centred on strength and intensity softened into a more listening based approach, one that prioritises nervous system regulation, heart connection, and sustainable energy over pushing or performing.
Lisa meets people where they are. Her work is grounded, direct, and practical, offering pathways back into ease, self trust, and embodied clarity through breath, movement, and deep listening.
James Brett - Coach | Facilitator | Clarity Catalyst | Qi Gong & Nei Gong Practitioner | Gene Keys Guide | Gong Fu Tea Practitioner
James is harmony, insight, power and possibility.
James brings over 30 years of experience exploring personal development, presence based practices, and what supports real clarity in human life. His work is shaped by a lifelong inquiry into truth, the nature of peace and happiness and how to bring out the best in others and see possibility.
A recent journey through stage 3 cancer became a profound recalibration - stripping life back to essentials and deepening his commitment to practices that cultivate resilience, harmony, and vitality. Through eastern practices such as Nei Gong and Qi Gong, alongside tea ceremony and contemplative practice, he rebuilt his energy and refined a way of living that is quieter, steadier, and more sustainable.
James works with people who are navigating stress, transition, leadership, or relationship complexity. His approach is to meet in presence, helping others slow things down enough to see clearly, make aligned choices, and move forward with integrity.
Together: A Balanced & Supportive Team
As partners in life and work, James and Lisa offer a complementary blend of stillness and movement, insight and embodiment, reflection and action. Their shared commitment to presence creates a container that feels safe, spacious, and authentic.
Whether working with individuals, couples, or groups, they support people to step out of reactivity and back into relationship, with themselves, with each other, being one with nature and with what genuinely matters.
So we can live more present, more connected and more playful.
