About
Sometimes, a morning among the trees is exactly what we need.
Nurture in Nature is a series of free, guided Forest Therapy walks inspired by Shinrin-yoku, also known as forest bathing. This evidence-informed practice invites you to slow down, immerse your senses in nature and create space for calm and clarity.
Each walk is small and intentional, with a gentle pace, sensory invitations and quiet moments of reflection. You are welcome to bring a support person, and every invitation is entirely optional.
This free program is funded by Randwick City Council and delivered by Forest Pathways in collaboration with the Royal Hospital for Women Foundation.
Places are limited and bookings are essential.
