National Carers Week 2025

Kickstart Arts is hosting a week-long program of free events culminating in a community luncheon hosted by the Sunlight Kitchen. Featuring activities that celebrate and support carers, including wellness sessions, a film screening, and art and craft workshops exploring experiences of caring.

Artworks created will be exhibited at the luncheon, where carers, those they support, and the broader community can come together. This program will recognises carers’ vital contributions, promotes wellbeing, and strengthens connections across diverse communities through shared creativity, food, and reflection on the role of caring.

These free activities are supported by the Tasmanian Government.
