Various Mental Health First Aid Workshops available for individuals or organisations to support adults or teenagers who are developing, or experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.

Mental Health First Aiders

Mental Health First Aiders are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide initial mental health first aid assistance to a person experiencing a mental health problem, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

Just like a physical first aid course, MHFA courses are nationally accredited for 3 years.
