About

This isn’t an art class.
It’s a pause button.

Join Cathy Rodwell for a guided art therapy workshop exploring colour, creativity, and emotional expression—no experience needed.

Spots are limited.

Join artist and qualified art therapist Cathy Rodwell for a gentle, guided creative session designed to support self-expression, emotional awareness, and wellbeing - no art experience needed (seriously).

Held alongside her solo exhibition Letting Colours Speak, this workshop invites you to explore how colour, texture, and intuitive mark-making can help express what words often can’t. It’s less about making “good art” and more about making space for yourself.

Through simple prompts and supportive guidance, you’ll create your own artwork while learning techniques drawn from art therapy, counselling, and expressive painting practices.

This is a calm, small-group environment—think: soft focus, no pressure, and permission to just be where you are.

What you’ll experience

  • Guided creative exercises using colour and intuitive painting

  • Gentle art therapy-inspired prompts for self-reflection
