It's the start of something new at East High... Star basketball captain Troy Bolton and brainiac newcomer Gabriella Montez discover they share an unexpected love of singing. But breaking free from labels isn’t easy when everyone expects them to stick to the status quo. As cliques clash, friendships are tested and the clock ticks down to the school musical, Troy and Gabriella must decide whether to follow the crowd or follow their hearts.

Bursting with high-energy songs, unforgettable dance numbers and infectious optimism, High School Musical is a feel-good celebration of teamwork, confidence and daring to be yourself.
