Could you help save a life?

Most cardiac arrests happen suddenly and in everyday places like homes, sporting fields or parks.

When every second counts, knowing what to do can make all the difference.

This free session will help you:

✔ Recognise the signs of a cardiac arrest

✔ Call Triple Zero (000) confidently

✔ Perform hands-only CPR

✔ Use an automated external defibrillator (AED) until help arrives

No medical experience needed.

Just a willingness to learn and help your community be more prepared.

These sessions are part of the Heart Foundation’s Heart of the Nation program and are run by a trained local volunteer.

Everyone is welcome. So bring a friend, neighbor or family member!
