At The Canvas Within – Mel’s Art Therapy Experience, I offer one-on-one, couple/family, and group art therapy sessions designed to support authentic self-expression, emotional awareness, and personal growth.
Session offerings include traditional art therapy, as well as integrative sessions that combine bodywork and guided visualisation followed by art therapy, creating an opportunity to connect more deeply with the body, emotions, and inner experience through both embodied awareness and creative expression.
Through creativity, reflection, and self-exploration, participants are invited to gain insight, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with their authentic self in a safe and supportive space.
No artistic experience is needed — the focus is on the process of expression and discovery rather than artistic ability.
