Future Possibilities: How to embed STEM career thinking into classroom practice is a free, three-part professional learning series designed to help teachers engage students by making STEM career learning visible and meaningful through the context of defence industry possibilities.
Through interactive online workshops teachers will explore how to connect classroom learning with real-world STEM careers in defence industry, strengthen student engagement, and build authentic career conversations about future possibilities. Each session combines practical strategies, collaborative activities, and opportunities to reflect on how career learning can be embedded in your own programs.
This series draws on examples and insights from defence industry careers. While the context is defence industry, the approaches, strategies and skills you will gain can be applied to any area of STEM.
Session Overview:
Each 60-minute session includes a further optional 30 minutes for questions, practice and networking. Sessions are delivered twice so you can choose the times that suits you best.
