Come along to these free workshops at Launceston Medicare Mental Health Centre. You can register for all the sessions, or just the ones that interest you. Sessions include Boundaries and Expectations, Communication and Trust, Emotional Regulation, and Financial Awareness.

Launceston Medicare Mental Health Centre is a free mental health service for everyone aged 18+. Registrations are preferred but not essential.
