Come for the birdsong, stay for the biscuits and leave with stories to share.

Our community events bring together wildlife lovers, backyard explorers, and nature experts for hands-on fun, local learning, and a little bit of magic. Whether you're planting habitat, spotting birds, or chatting over tea, you’ll find inspiration, connection, and practical ways to care for nature close to home.

While our projects are grounded in local places, anyone interested in urban biodiversity, sustainable living, and community action is welcome.

Whether you live in a leafy suburb or a bustling city street, your outdoor space has the power to support wildlife and your own wellbeing. Mature trees, native shrubs, messy logs, and water dishes might not always look flashy — but to Australia’s urban birds, bees, possums, and frogs, they’re absolutely priceless.
