Caed mille failte - A hundred thousand welcomes to a Family Systemic Constellations of Belonging - Day Workshops.

A spacious, experiential day of systemic exploration where participants gently meet the deeper movements within their family systems. Through embodied, relational constellation work grounded in the Orders of Love, as developed by Bert Hellinger, the workshop supports clarity, compassion, and a renewed sense of belonging within oneself and the wider systems we are part of.

There are four main ways to participate. You are welcome to bring your own inquiry, represent for others' inquiries, be part of the holding circle or observe with compassion and goodwill in service of one another. It has been found that when we participate in any of this capacity, we often receive what we need for our own growth.

This is a small group experience of 8-14 people, including facilitators. It is a brief solution-focused modality that supports us when we are stuck with a persistent issue that despite our best efforts, we have been unable to shift. Any life issue is relevant be it personal, relational, familial or work related. often, we see that behind the difficulties and inherited patterns there is an intergenerational trauma - a loss, a grief, an unhealed heart.

In Family Systemic Constellations of Belonging in either 1:1 work or group work we can begin to allow what has been unseen to be seen and to heal. Our life unfolds form the new movement. Life energy can begin to flow, and it is possible for us to experience an ease and peace that allows our lives to unfold.
