Learn how to measure collaboration dynamics and collaborative outcomes using different tools and approaches.
Use systems thinking and visual mapping tools to uncover power dynamics, relationships, and leverage points in a system of influence.
Learn learn how to visualize, analyze, and strengthen the networks that drive collaborative partnerships.
Using Network Data for Strategic Action
Move from map to insight. Learn to interpret network data and maps to guide real-time decisions, assess power dynamics, and drive strategic alignment.
Duration: 20 hours across 5 trainings. Each training is 4 hours (2 sessions, 2 hours each).
Format: Virtual, live, and interactive with a combination of discussions, activities, lectures, and work time.
