About

The CHSP Workforce Capability Program will cover several topics to support CHSP service delivery. Workshops include:

  • Difficult Conversations & Conflict Skills

  • Grief and Loss in Late Life

  • Cultural Aspects of Care & Communication

  • Trauma‑Informed Practice for Frontline Teams

  • Reflective Practice for Workforce Wellbeing

Each workshop is online over 2-hours and includes: digital reflection workbook, digital quick reference cards, Certificate of Completion (PDF), E-book copy of Beyond the Unexpected Changes in Late Life

Sessions are delivered by Wise Care
