About CHIA Vic

Sector capability, built together.

CHIA Vic is the peak body for not for profit community housing organisations across Victoria – a not for profit working to strengthen the sector and the people within it. Our professional development is built by the sector, for the sector.

Community Housing is complex, high-stakes work, and the ground keeps shifting as policy, regulation and renter needs evolve. Our workshops keep teams confident, compliant and capable through that change. Every session is led by experienced Community Housing practitioners, grounded in real practice, and focused on skills people can apply the very next day.

The result is stronger individual capability and more resilient organisations – fewer escalations, more defensible decisions, and a workforce ready for what's next.

Browse our upcoming workshops and invest in learning that's practical, relevant, and built by people who understand the work.
