Our cabinetry workshops are designed for women who want to gain skills and confidence to build their own furniture — from concept to construction. Cabinetry is the craft of making functional, sometimes built-in furniture like cupboards, shelving units, and storage solutions.

In these workshops, participants learn the fundamentals of cutting, joining, and finishing timber, and apply those skills to create their own custom pieces. Whether it’s a small cabinet for the bedroom, a stool for the kitchen, or a table for the lounge, the process is hands-on, empowering, and deeply satisfying. Alongside practical techniques, women leave with a stronger sense of independence and belief in what they’re capable of making in both their homes and themselves.
