We are so excited to be welcoming the incredible Brendan Pang into the Refettorio kitchen, for a special ‘Guest Chef at the Ref’ Dinner as part of Broadsheet's Dine Out festival!

Brendan Pang is a Perth-born chef of Mauritian-Chinese heritage, celebrated for bringing the flavours of his family's homeland to Australia. A MasterChef Australia alum, he founded Bumplings, a beloved dumpling concept, and has authored four best-selling cookbooks. His work is inspired by his love of Asian food, travel, and the Mauritian flavours that shaped his cooking.

Together with Refettorio Head Chef Pascale Rose, the pair will celebrate their shared Mauritian heritage by using fresh, rescued OzHarvest ingredients to create an exclusive 4 course menu.
