About

Rebecca Grainger is a breathwork facilitator, ICF-certified executive coach, holistic leadership facilitator and former venture-backed technology founder helping high-performing leaders, founders and teams expand their inner capacity for greater clarity, resilience and impact. With a degree in Sports Science, qualifications in MBSR and trauma-informed transformational breathwork, and 20+ years working alongside executives and senior leaders in corporate and complex organisational environments, Rebecca blends nervous system science, breathwork and evidence-based practical tools to support sustainable performance under pressure.

As the founder of Slipstream, Rebecca works at the intersection of leadership performance and human biology, addressing the deeper physiological and emotional patterns that drive stress, dysregulation, cognitive overload and burnout. Her approach is shaped by her own experience navigating the intensity of a startup, burnout, and business exit — giving her work a grounded, relatable and deeply practical edge.

Rebecca has delivered workshops, speaking engagements and immersive experiences for organisations including Danone, Moët, Wellbeing at Work, Bear Cottage, WOTSO, PeopleHaus and Lorna Jane. Through breathwork, coaching and holistic facilitation, she helps high-performing professionals regulate their nervous systems, remove the internal constraints holding them back, and expand their mental bandwidth. The leaders she works with leave with three things: a working understanding of their own nervous system patterns, practical techniques calibrated to their role and environment, and the ability to access a regulated state on demand.

Her work is grounded in a simple belief: the deeper we meet ourselves, the more powerful our impact becomes.
