About

Bird-watching is becoming ever more popular and it’s an exciting time to be involved. Join us in this three-part series to help you:

  1. Get to know the City of Bayswater birds and how to recognise them in their natural

    surroundings.

  2. Discover more about the parks and reserves across the City of Bayswater.

  3. Use eBird, an easy online bird portal to record the birds you see, discover the birds

others have seen, and find the best places to see birds anywhere in the world.

Each event will visit a different reserve, provide a guided bird-walk with local bird boffins Rachel and Mike Green, and include practical guidance on how to confidently use eBird.

Become a Citizen Scientist for the birds of Bayswater.

You are welcome to come along to all three walks or just join one or two. Whatever you

decide don’t miss this exciting new series and rare opportunity.

Please note, places are limited so we don’t frighten the birds.

This Bird Walk series is proudly brought to you by Enviro House and the City of Bayswater
