About

🌈 Awaken Within: A 7-Series Chakra Healing Journey

Presented by Dee at Butterfly Energy

Join us for a powerful 7 series journey through the energy body, combining Yin-style stretch, crystal bowl sound healing, and gentle spiritual ritual to reconnect you with your self - one chakra at a time.

Each session, we’ll explore one of the 7 chakras - from the Root to the Crown - creating space for stillness, awareness, emotional release, and energetic alignment.

🧘‍♀️ What’s Included Each Session

  • Gentle, chakra-inspired Yin stretch

  • Deep sound bath with crystal bowls + healing instruments

  • Oracle card pulling + intention setting

  • Chakra-specific ritual or reflection

  • Gifts + optional journaling prompts

Whether you're brand new to sound healing or seeking a deeper layer of connection, this series offers a soft landing to rest, recharge, and reconnect.
